Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support property maintenance efforts for our client in Goodyear, Arizona. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, functionality, and curb appeal of the community.
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Temp to Hire Position
Responsibilities:
Assist with minor repairs, renovations, and work orders
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and pool areas
Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
Move and arrange furniture and equipment as directed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or a related field
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
Ability to handle physical workload, multitask, and work efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with housing regulations
