Our pool company in Scottsdale/Phoenix is looking for service technician who can service 49 pools on a daily basis M-F as a part time/full time job. The customers and pools are awesome to work with. The route is mainly in Paradise Valley, North Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most of these routes can be completed in as little as 4-6 hours average. We do not work weekends and get to enjoy the outdoor working environment all year long. I am looking for a dependable hard worker who is motivated and willing to grow with my company. I would like only serious and committed individuals to apply. I would like an individual who is looking for a long term position.
Duties
Pool cleaning
Pool water testing and balancing
Pool equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs
Comfortable with an iPhone / Android for pool service app programs
Requirements
Work Truck. We do not provide. We pay vehicle allowance every week/with additional incentives for employees.
Current Job References required.
Work hours are M-F Hours vary from summer to winter(flexable) It will depend on the day and route size.
Must be able to perform the work of an active nature. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, bend and crouch on a regular basis
Identify problems and report the findings correctly.

1 weeks paid vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks after 2 years. We take off the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas-New year and will receive normal weekly pay. So earn up to 4 weeks paid vacation time!
