This is a part time position and could turn in a possible permanent for the right people, we have a few opportunities open. It not hard work if you work smarter not harder. Required availability for weekend and evening work to cover for special events. We are also looking for someone who is dependable and reliable to possibly be a lead to run the facilities.
Job Role: Cleaning commercial buildings, such as emptying trash/changing liners when needed. Vacuuming all carpet traffic areas, mopping, bathrooms, light kitchen cleaning but not limited to spot cleaning interior windows/glass.
Additional jobs available:
Looking for experienced with buffing and cleaning floors.
Looking for experienced individuals with pressure washing.
1099 to submit your own tax information if needed.
We will be conducting ongoing interviews
Requirements:
At least 2 years of cleaning exp; preferably experience with cleaning commercial/buildings.
Have your own cleaning supplies is a must: cleaning agents etc.
