Description:
Revolve Vacation Rentals is looking to hire for the following position(s): Quality Control Specialist.
Quality Control Specialists inspect properties and ensure the home and amenities are cleaned and in good working order while following company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety/security.
Responsibilities:
Quality Checks: Prior to guest check in, QCS will walk through properties and wipe down exterior surfaces.
Damage Inspections: Check for damage, chips, marks, squeaks, etc.
Preventative Maintenance: Inspect furniture and tighten any loose screws, etc.
Check amenities: Ensure all amenities ie; TV’s, remotes, signs, etc. are in good working order
Inspect interiors: Ensure all lights are turned on and working, TV is on, home is cleaned and smells good.
Inspect exteriors: Ensure any debris is picked up, weeds are removed, and cushions are in good condition
Seasonal Maintenance: Replace air filters, fridge filters, batteries, etc
Stocking inventory: Putting away stock and organizing storage
Coordinating Repairs: Scheduling repairs and meeting at site to ensure repairs are handled
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, Good decision making skills, Excellent communication & time management skills, Good at troubleshooting, valid driver's license.
Must live near Scottsdale and be available Weekends as needed.
Pay: $20 - $40 / Hour depending on experience
