Work under the direction of the Park Manager to maintain the park and all facilities in a clean and operational manner. Must be able to work alone in all cases, this is a full-time position, working from 7am to 4pm with 1 hour for lunch. Some night and weekend maintenance, troubleshooting & repair may be required.
Our park consists of 275 mobile homes with a separate r/v area with 17 spaces. Our common areas include a clubhouse, full kitchen, courtyard, laundry, restrooms, gym, billiards room, library, pool &spa, outside restrooms & shower, picnic area, shuffleboard court,
and dog park.
Prospective candidates should possess the ability to work outside during the summer months, will have to crawl under trailers at times to perform tasks, have the ability to lift 50 lbs and able to work 15 ft. above ground.It is estimated that 50% of time will be spent on groundskeeping & 50% on general maintenance on our 41 rental units that require varying Handyman capabilities and to be made move-in ready when vacated.
