-2 years property maintenance
-Pass background screening
-Positive job references
-Follow company policies and procedures, dependable attendance and punctuality
-Be flexible with work schedule for emergency repairs and projects
-Deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected workloads
-Promote a harassment-free environment with staff and residents
-Be a positive team member, with respect and consideration of others
-Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner
-Bilingual helpful
Job knowledge and duties:
Follow verbal instructions from supervisor
Good knowledge of interior, exterior building maintenance and cleaning
Maintain public areas, storage rooms, pick up trash, clean streets, parking lots and dumpster areas
Light water and sewer main plumbing repair
Repairs and replacements in rental homes
Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning, including required water testing codes set by State, County, and City
Landscaping: Cutting grass, planting, trimming bushes and trees
Sprinkler systems
Maintenance of golf carts
Report potentially unsafe conditions; use safety equipment and materials properly
