Location: Chandler, AZ (Serving the East Valley & Phoenix Metro Area)

We’re a passionate team dedicated to problem-focused design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and helping our clients connect to their landscapes. Based in Chandler, we create custom outdoor spaces that reflect Arizona’s natural beauty. We're looking for someone who would like to work part time and who is ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us!
What You’ll Do:
Assist with planting, irrigation, hardscape, and lighting installations
Help maintain landscapes by trimming, weeding, and clean-up
Learn desert landscaping techniques including proper plant placement and water management
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Follow project instructions and safety guidelines
About You:
Hardworking and dependable, with a love for outdoor work
Positive attitude & eager to learn (experience is a bonus, but not required)
Comfortable with physical work in Arizona weather and ability to lift 50+ lbs
