We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Porter to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of our residential community, providing an inviting environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep all areas such as outer/inner grounds, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, pool/bbq/park areas, dog park, and other amenities clean and tidy. This involves picking up trash with a bucket and picker, using a leaf blower, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and picking up dog poop.

2. Trash Disposal: Responsible for the collection and disposal of trash and recycling, ensuring areas around dumpsters are clean and orderly.

3. Groundskeeping: Assist in maintaining the exterior property, including landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, and maintaining flower beds.

4. Minor Repairs: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, and touching up paint.

5. Pool Maintenance: assist with the upkeep of the pool area, including cleaning the pool, checking chemical levels, and ensuring the area is safe for residents.

6. Safety Checks: Regularly check safety equipment and emergency exits to ensure they are in good working order, reporting any issues to management.

7. Setting Up and Breaking Down Events: Help set up for community events, move furniture, set up decorations, and clean up afterwards.

8. Supply Stocking: Ensure that all supplies needed for maintenance and cleaning tasks are well-stocked and request more supplies as needed.

9. Reporting Issues: Report any safety hazards, potential security issues, or major repair needs to the property management to ensure a quick resolution.

10. Customer Service: Provide courteous and prompt service to residents and guests, helping to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Ability to start work at 7:00 AM.

- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
