Two buildings 5 days a week. The first location in Chandler is the larger building and requires the most hours. If there is a team of two people more hours can be added.

Must Be Legal To Work In the US
Must be able to speak/read English; Customers and Co-Workers may only speak English.
Professional work appearance.
. Detail orientated; hard workers wanted. Must be reliable.
5 days a week Monday to Friday
Starting time 3:30 PM until and ending at 8:00 PM (30 hours per week)
Pay starts at $17 per hour
Be able to pass an E-Verify and background check
Be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
Be able to work with another partner
Good communication skills
This job is straight janitorial cleaning which includes cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, individual offices, cubicle areas, sweep, mopping, weekly dusting, emptying trash and recycle, cleaning of showers and equipment in customer's spa and gym area. Cleaning of several small outdoor patio areas which would require using a leaf blower and duster for furniture.
All specialty work such as outside window washing, carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning is performed by another crew.
