Looking for a reliable handyman to pick up a new 10,000 BTU window AC unit from Chandler Lowe’s and install it at our rental property in Apache Junction. Must be able to handle the job.
Details:
- Pickup: Lowe’s Chandler (unit is already paid for) (TBD Pick up Time)
- Install at single-story rental unit
- Window unit install – no ductwork
- Secure & test the unit for tenant use
- Deliver to tenant property included
- Have own tools to complete this job
Payment will be made the same day after installation and completion. Proof of work must be provided with clear photos or videos showing the unit is installed and working properly.
