Hoa Community Maintenance Super Star

Experienced maintenance needed. All outside property jobs to include different daily jobs given out by the property manager. Here is a generalized list: carport cleaning, roof cleaning, garage lights needing to be changed out, fence welding, facia boards on buildings to be repaired, trash pick up approx 1 hr per day, sprinkler repair, touch up paint on buildings, general ability for inside maintenance repairs as well with basic electrical repair jobs. Knowledge to be able to replace a water heater etc…Some Drywall experience needed as well. Other necessary repairs needed depending on the daily needs.
