- Physical ability to lift well over 50-100 pounds
- Prior knowledge of appliance installation (no exceptions)
- Needs to have experience working with a previous appliance company and be able to provide references
- Proficiency in using a dolly to transport appliances safely and efficiently
- Skill in lifting and maneuvering appliances
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members

- Starting wage of $18 per hour for individuals without prior experience.
