We currently have openings for experienced construction laborers. Must have CDL class A. No need to apply if you do not have a CDL. Knowledge of the operating equipment listed below is a plus. Concrete experience is a plus.
The starting pay rate is between $23.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience.
Operating Equipment that will be used:
- Boom Lifts
- Skid Steers
- Mini Cranes
- Various trailers
Required:
1. Clean ARIZONA MVD driving record with valid drivers licenses (CDL Class A required)
2. Clean Drug Screen
3. Clear background check
4. Experience with towing trailers and equipment
5. Experience with operating basic equipment above
6. Be able to take directions in English
7. Ability to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (needed to work in schools)
8. Reliable transportation to our HQ is based in Phoenix.
9. Some over night travel may be required.
10. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10-12 hours a day. Night and Weekends are possible as well. Schedules may vary.
11. Most work is outside so the ability to work in harsh conditions, such as heat is required.
12. Start Times as early as 4am.
13. Ability to Lift 50lbs or more with no issues.
