Looking for a full time handyman who is well rounded & experienced. This is a full time job working for an airbnb property management company.
Salary is $3,000/month cash. Hours are 12-6 Monday through Saturday (6 days/week)
Handyman work would include (although not limited to) things like:
- Landscaping maintenance
- small electrical repairs
-plumbing repairs
- small HVAC repairs
- Assembling furniture
- Small fixes (furniture, appliances, drywall, touch up painting)
- larger projects like LVP flooring, tile, hanging wallpaper
- Errands like Replacing propane tanks for guests, taking trash to the dumpster etc
All material costs would be covered
