Job Details:
Pay: $20-$24
Job Type: Full-Time with potential OT
8 Hour Shift – Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
This includes cleaning, sanding, filling dents, and masking surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless base for painting.
Paint Mixing and Matching:
Painter must be able to accurately mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and finish, often matching manufacturer specifications.
Applying Coatings:
They use various techniques and tools, such as spray guns and airbrushes, to apply primers, base coats, and clear coats.
Quality Control:
Inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and conducting touch-ups or rework as needed is a crucial part of the job.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintaining and troubleshooting painting equipment, like spray guns, is essential for optimal performance and safety.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling paints and solvents is a priority.
Documentation:
