NO PIECE WORK
TERMS:
-W2 employee of EagleCrest SouthWest LLC (taxes withheld, WEEKLY)
-Background Check
-E Verified
COMPENSATION: IMPORTANT pay to be adjusted + or - after a 3 day assessment.
Journeyman $28/hr
Apprentice $20/hr
YOU MUST BE:
-Able to adapt to our established systems
-Willing to be continually educated on safety and best practices (OSHA10/lift)
-Willing to wear PPE, painters "whites," boots and company provided shirts
-Skilled at ALL FACETS OF THE TRADE: masking, spraying, cutting, brush and roll
-Able to get to work, on time, consistently on your own
-Able to understand basic directives in the English language
-have or obtain basic painting small hand-tools (putty knife, razor knife, brushes, roller frame/pole, masker, etc.)

ECSW has many diverse clients from large warehouse work, prisons, DPS, and municipal projects, restaurants and even high end luxury homes. ALL of them demand high quality, performed quick and safely. We are a small shop with strong leadership and protocols providing constant opportunity for you to grow.
Our shop is located in Central Phoenix, it has the equipment we need. We have the work.
We only need a few good painters, like yourself to join the team.
