Independent Contractor Needed for Landscaping & Pressure Washing
Earn $2,700 Every Two Weeks(20 days of work a month) (Scottsdale/Phoenix Area)
We are looking for an independent contractor with their own business license (or willing to get one) to take on landscaping and pressure washing duties at eight commercial properties around the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
Job Duties:
- Leaf blowing off storefront property sidewalks (needs to be done in day light)
- Pressure washing storefronts (to be done after store hours, around 10:30 PM)
- Replacing bushes and trees when necessary
- Trimming bushes that are overgrown
Details:
- Landscaping: Must be completed during daylight hours; once per month for each store.
- Pressure Washing: Must be done after stores close, around 10:30 PM; once per month per store.
- Total Time Needed: Landscaping should take 10 days per month; pressure washing should take 10 days per month. If you get it done faster, and it’s quality, your gain!
- Flexible Schedule: You will have the remaining days in the month to do whatever you want.
- Compensation: $2,700 every two weeks, working about 20 days per month.
Requirements:
- Must have your own business license or be willing to get one.
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
- No CDL required. Equipment (including a truck with pressure washing gear) is provided, and I will lease the necessary equipment to you, but after all leased rentals, you make 2700.00 every 2 weeks for really 20 days of work.
