SUMMARY: This position provides services to keep construction jobsites clean. Operators will perform demolition and cleanup services of construction debris. Operators will also facilitate haulaway of debris with dump truck drivers. Operators will also install devices designed to keep job sites clean.
Services include but are not limited to:
Concrete demolition
Rock pad installs
Concrete washout installs
Silt Fence installation
Grading
Bio-sock install
Trash removal
Construction debris removal
General ranch and construction yard cleanup
Responsibilities and Duties:
Technicians will load and secure trailers and transport equipment to the jobsite. Must use equipment appropriately to complete cleanup services. This position will coordinate with dump truck drivers for delivery and haulaway of necessary materials.
Operators will also order, purchase, and pick up supplies for jobs and perform other tasks to support operations.
Operators are expected to perform routine checkups on equipment and perform minor maintenance as necessary. Such checkups include oil checks, tire checks, lubrication of articulating joints and cleaning of equipment.
This position requires towing of heavy loads and operating heavy equipment. Technicians will also need to be able to work 8 hour days.
Must be able to lift 75lbs. Must be able to stand for hours at a time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a valid driver's license with no DUI. CDL preferred but not required.
Must have experience towing large trailers with heavy loads.
Must have experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or similar.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to complete tasks in timely manner without supervision.
Salary and Benefits
$25-$35/hr DOE
