Job Title: Pool Service and Repair Technician
Job Description:
We are a family-owned pool service and repair company looking for an experienced full-time technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and possesses strong knowledge of pool chemicals. A positive attitude and willingness to support the team are essential qualities we seek in the candidate.
Job Duties:
Maintain and clean a designated route of pools.
Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure they have the correct expectations set.
Perform pool netting, brushing, and other cleaning tasks.
Regularly check water chemistry and add necessary chemicals to maintain optimal levels.
Inspect pool equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
Document any onsite issues with photos/videos and communicate them to the office.
Act as a leader within the team, promoting a positive work environment and fostering team growth.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both employees and customers.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods, as well as lift up to 70 lbs.
Possession of a current valid driver’s license.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing if required.
Job Type:
1099 Contractor
Full-time position with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
