About the Role
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier cleaning services for both residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a commitment to excellence in every home or business you service.

Job Requirements:
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance
Smartphone with GPS and texting capabilities
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Fluency in English
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain spaces with precision (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
Ensure high standards in all areas
Provide exceptional customer service
Address clients and coworkers professionally
Manage workload in a timely manner
Travel between job sites using personal transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
Paid Training: $15.00 per hour while you develop your skills and learn what’s expected
At completion of training pay: $17.00 per hour
30/60/90 day raises up to 50 cents each if criteria is met
