Description
Our North Phoenix garden center, The Green Goddess, is needing motivated individuals to be Driver / Landscape Installation Foreman to oversee the installation crew for landscape jobs. Our garden center is constantly helping customers make their yards looks the best and we need someone who is willing to oversee the crew and to make sure the installations go over well. This is a supervisory role responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing and doing the installation of landscaping features like plants, hardscapes (boulders, gravel), irrigation systems, and fountains on various projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols while managing a crew of landscape workers.
Skills & Requirements
Must have some management experience
Must understand irrigation systems/time clocks
Must be willing to be in charge of a crew
Must be 21 years old and have a good Arizona driving record.
Must be able to work outdoors and have a friendly attitude towards customers as well as fellow employees.
Must be able to do heavy lifting
Bilingual is a MUST
Able to work under limited supervision!
Must be available Monday- Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm
