BullsEyeServiceAZ.com is currently seeking a Day Porter in West Valley for multiple commercial properties. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol properties and remove debris and trash
Maintain cleanliness of vacant suites and common areas
Restock restroom supplies and maintain breakroom areas
Wipe down entryways, windows, and high-touch surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Travel daily to different properties throughout the North West Phoenix
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager
Remain on-call for emergency clean-up needs
Requirements:
Must speak English
Clean driving record required
Flexibility to work at various locations
Availability between 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Position Details:
Full-time: Minimum 20 hours/week
Pay: $18.00 per hour
