Reliable and responsible Day Porter position for a shopping plaza in the Mesa East Valley.
Provide upkeep and general maintenance on the grounds. Ability to self-manage and take initiative to address any issues that arise and contact Management in a timely manner to address anything out of the norm. Remove any trash and debris, empty trash cans, along with occasional weed removal. General mechanical skills and experience with property equipment required. Friendly demeanor and customer satisfaction skills.
