Laborers –
As a laborer for Ryatt Construction LLC, you will be responsible for general labor duties as
required on a construction site.
● Prepareconstruction sites with direction from Project Lead.
● Use various equipment, hand, and power tools.
● Proficient in the safe and efficient use of layout tools, and measurement tools.
● Measure and mark pipes for cutting.
● Ability to load or unload construction materials, pipe,and equipment.
● Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, shovel, etc.
● Dig up existing pipes and lines.
● Prepare ground trenches for pipes and utility lines.
● Usechains and slings,torig pipes, trench boxes, and manhole boxes.
● Guide pipesand shoring devicesinto place, assisting the equipment operator.
● Bed sections of installed underground pipe.
● Remove, fill, or compact earth.
● Coordinate all other activities as directed.
● Work safely around heavy equipment, and peopleat all times.
● Produce high quality work, safely and productivelyat all times.
● Perform clean-up in connection with the work.
● Move from job to job as projects progress
● Other dutiesand responsibilitiesmay be assignedby supervisors.
● Participate in training and commitment to strict PPE & safety policies.
● Plan and execute work in a safe and productive manner.
● Accurate and daily time logs, material logs, and description of work performed in
WorkMax.
Qualifications –
● High school diploma or equivalent.
