BullsEye Services is currently seeking a part time cleaner with an eye for detail. This position is Saturday & Sunday; between the hours of 6:00AM-10:00AM. Duties include basic janitorial cleaning of amenities, remove any trash or debris from properties, empty common area ash trays, trash cans, wipe down lids and replace liners, dust cobwebs with pole duster around all walkways/window ledges/wall mounted fixtures/handrails (Up to10 Feet), bulk items to be reported to for dump removal (i.e.- large boxes, pallets, shopping carts, etc.), and report all property vandalism or anything out of the ordinary to Property Management. Position starts at $18.00 per hour includes 401K and semi-annual bonuses. Addtional hours may be available.
