Esteem Car Wash is a locally owned and operated exterior express car wash and we offer a welcoming, fast-paced environment with great pay and room for growth.
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Car Wash Attendants ASAP.
Spanish speaking a plus.
MUST have reliable transportation and be able to work in the states.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale and assist with menu options and payment.
· Provide a positive customer wash experience by loading vehicles onto the track with a focused, upbeat, and professional demeanor.
· Ensure the entire property is clean and organized at all times.
· Keep the vacuums operational with hoses hung neatly and trash cans emptied.
· Assist with routine maintenance, power wash the inside of the car wash each day.
Maintenance of the car wash includes cleaning the car wash pit/ drain weekly
Guide car when they enter the tunnel
· Be ready and available to assist with customer concerns and address promptly and professionally.
Experience and Skill Qualifications
· Previous car wash experience highly recommended.
· Excellent customer service and people skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
· Ability to learn and operate all machinery.
· Ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, and carry heavy items.
· Ability to work in outside weather elements such as cold, heat, and precipitation.

Pay
$14.50 per hour for part-time
$15.00 per hour for full-time
