Job involves full training on all tasks and transferring me to and from bed, os-tomy poo bag emptying, transferring me using a ceiling lift into the wheelchair, leg stretches, turning me in bed, dressing, feeding, washing the body and face, possibly going to movies, errands driving my van and an excellent attitude toward assistance.
Must be reliable, dependable, flexible, honest, and punctual. Must be able to take instruction very well, be a happy person and enjoy smiling (no bad moods) and be a good listener.
Must have a reliable phone, and reliable childcare. Hours will probably vary each week. Need to be available periodically for care emergencies and to fill in for other shifts. Late night type of people a huge plus. 18+ years of age please. Latino and international people encouraged to apply. References needed. No heavy transfers. Serious inquiries only.
