We are looking for a live-in-caregiver to provide daily assistance to my mom who is in her mid-70s. This position is to provide assistance 3.5 days/week. Position is to cover Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays plus some errands/help during the week. We have other caregivers to provide coverage on the other days.
My mom needs assistance with all ADLs - meal prep, taking blood pressure, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers (to/from wheelchair, bed, and toilet). She has significant weakness on one side from a prior stroke. Caregiver must be physically capable of safely transferring an approx. 140 lb woman w/ gait belt. Position is to assist her in her personal residence throughout the day, provide companionship, and transport/accompany her to/from appointments as needed (physical therapy, nails, hair, family events, etc.). Private 1:1 care. Because of the personal nature of the job (toileting/bathing), FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY.
$2500/month in pay, provided private apartment, covered utilities and provided food/groceries. This is a LIVE IN position where Caregiver will be provided an on-site private furnished apartment for the caregiver's full-time living. Caregiver is expected to live on site full time. Schedules and hours will be distributed between a total of three caregivers. This position will be responsible for covering approx. 3-3.5 days per week. Supervising my mom approx. 3 days/week – Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays - (during my mom’s awake hours, with those evenings on-call). On-call hours consist of monitoring my mom via baby monitor and assisting her as needed. My mom usually sleeps through the night without any issues but needs to be monitored for emergencies. Remaining hours reserved for errands, grocery shopping, and additional help as needed. Position is in central Scottsdale. On-site private furnished apartment is being constructed, estimated completion in late February 2025. See included photo of floorplan. Temporary housing (Air BnB or Extended Stay) to be provided during construction following a 2-week trial period.
Pay/Compensation

- $2,500/month in pay as W2 employee, paid as weekly salary

Private fully furnished apartment (employee housing) with private entrance, kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. PLEASE NO PETS.
Utilities included/paid (electric, water/sewer/trash, internet, streaming TV)
Supplied groceries/household supplies for Caregiver’s personal use (large on-site area stocked with a variety of items, see included photos – only partially stocked in photos)
Provided cell phone (iPhone 14)
Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have ability to pass background check and screen for illegal drugs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Must be ok with friendly dogs
- Must have 2+ years professional caregiver experience
- Must be reliable, dependable and on time
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must be able to safely transfer an approx. 140 lb woman with a gait belt.
