Busy high tech office looking for a front desk / technician to help us continue to grow!
Qualifications:
High energy, positive, and friendly
Someone who enjoys helping others.
Good at follow-through and attention to detail to make sure every patient's requests are complete
Reliable, responsible and can be expected to be to work on time.
We are located in the Tramanto Shopping Center (Carefree Highway and I-17 location)
Your role would be part optometric technician and part front-desk.
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling patients
Checking insurance
Helping to minimize patient wait times.
Get patients through the pre-testing process efficiently.
Help the doctor with any requests including testing, training patients to wear contacts, ordering contacts etc.
