Step Ahead Enterprises operates Residential homes for teenage boys and girls.
We are looking for people who like to work with kids and want to make a difference in this world!
We need people who can show compassion but provide strong leadership. People that can teach and coach, show the youth how to cook a proper meal, how to do their own laundry, how to dribble a basketball, and to teach the youth to show compassion for others. Other recent requests from our youth are mentors in bible study, arts and crafts, make up, hair styling, sports, gym partners, outdoor activities, fishing, baking, sewing, celebration planners for birthdays, and academics. REQUIRED FOR HIRE: You will need a valid AZ drivers license and level 1 fingerprint card to get your foot in the door. Please contact me if you have any question or need help getting the process started. Please be age 25 or greater. I am here to serve you through your hire process.
Current shifts needing to be filled:
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
Weekend Warrior: Friday 11 pm-Sunday 11 pm (48hrs straight) Includes 8hrs at time and a half each week.
Additional fill in hours available during the week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Benefits:
Paid time off - 2 weeks per year. Time off begins accruing after your 90 days in position.
