About the position
The role of a dental office manager is essential to the success of the practice. The right person will understand the many ways they can positively affect the practice.
We are looking for someone who brings leadership, experience and vision to the position.
They must be dedicated to the progress of the practice.
The best candidate will have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills -
They will have a positive and cheerful attitude.
They will be someone who proactively manages the office to promote satisfied patients and happy staff.
Previous office manager experience is highly valued.
The office manager has responsibility over all aspects of the practice, including:
Establishing and maintaining ideal culture in the practice
Recruiting, hiring and training staff members
Establishing and maintaining office systems, and protocols
Addressing any customer service issues
Leading office meetings including morning huddle, staff training meetings and management meetings
Managing the maintenance of the facility and of clinical and administrative equipment.
Identifying areas of needed improvement, and implementing new ideas for practice improvements
Training staff on use of dental management software - Dentrix
Developing and training staff to provide an excellent patient experience
Managing the efficient collection of the accounts receivable (AR) as well as the expenses of the practice
Managing the marketing efforts of the practice to keep the flow of new patients robust for continued growth.

Compensation
We strive to compensate our team members well.
Total compensation package offered will be valued between 60k - 100k per year. Applicant's experience, skills, and outcomes will determine final compensation.
