We are looking to add an experiencedDental Assistant to our small, amazing and talented team and are willing to train the right person! Our highly skilled dental assistants are responsible for assisting our endodontists with patient procedures, making patients feel welcome and comfortable during all aspects of care, maintaining clean treatment rooms, sterilizing and maintaining instruments, taking x-rays, and helping at the front desk as needed.

Has exceptional communication skills and positive mindset

Has at least 1 year of proven chairside experience with endodontic procedures(highly preferred, willing to train)

Work under assistant scope (Willing to train)

Has certification from an accredited dental assisting program

Able to prioritize patient needs and office flow

Taking and recording patient histories, vital signs, and treatment information accurately.

Maintaining strict infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Taking digital x-rays and CBCT scans

Has demonstrated computer skills and experience with dental software (ability to learn new software)

Efficient note taking skills

Is proficient with electronic medical records

Is willing to learn and grow

Patient Care Hours:

Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm

Friday, 8 am – 2 pm

No evenings or weekends

Rotating Mondays off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week

Experience:

Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

Arizona X-Ray Certification (Required)

Dental Assistant certification (Required)

Current BLS/CPR certification (Preferred)
