Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced phlebotomist, preferably with current role at Sonora Quest or LabCorp, to consult on various projects related to laboratory automation, process improvement, and lab security. This role allows you to work for us p-time remotely on your own time schedule. Hours estimated are less than 5 hours per week.
This role will involve analyzing current lab processes, proposing and implementing improvements in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize phlebotomy and lab processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Consult on laboratory automation projects.
Develop strategies to enhance testing.
Provide expert advice on best practices in phlebotomy and lab operations.
Collaborate with IT and lab teams to integrate new technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a phlebotomist, with a preference for candidates who currently work at Sonora Quest or LabCorp.
Expertise in laboratory operations, automation, and process improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the regulations and security requirements related to laboratory testing.
