My name is Alex 31 year old male and I have muscular dystrophy. I will be moving to Litchfield Arizona the first week of June but I am looking for a caregiver and would like to start the hiring process. I need someone that is reliable. I do have a really active life. I currently go to Phoenix every other weekend. I am looking for a caregiver. I need help with feeding, making food, bathing, restroom pretty much everything. I prefer a male caregiver, just feel more comfortable but I have worked with female caregivers in the past and I am okay with working with females in the future. I am looking for 20 hours a week with the option to do 10 extra hours sometimes giving the 30 hours to one person might feel tiring so it does help to stick to 20 hours for the week. I am an easy person to work with. I work well with others respectful if you are in the caregiver field, you know that people like me get attached to people. I am very considerate if you need a day off or if we are finished early and everything is done. Feel free to leave early. I currently work with Consumer Direct under Self direct program with this program I have to do the hiring they just pay the caregiver. If you're interested steps, you could take- first you could give me a call, text or email set up an appointment to meet me. I will give you a packet/application to fill out- second you would take the application to the offices of Consumer Direct. They will process the application and they will let me know when you could start, usually takes about four days to do so. There will be one day of training that I will pay out-of-pocket for from my previous caregiver to show you how to do things.
