New Visions Assisted Living LLC is hiring a Certified Assisted Living Manager to help open and lead our warm, 10-bed residential care home in Scottsdale. This is a unique opportunity to join from the start and help shape a compassionate, resident-centered environment.
The home is in the final stage of licensing.
We are seeking a manager to be listed on the license and oversee day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and scheduling caregivers
Ensuring compliance with ADHS requirements
Conducting family tours and helping maintain full occupancy
Leading a calm, respectful, and supportive home environment
Coordinating care and communication with families and medical providers
Requirements:
Certified Assisted Living Manager in Arizona (must already be certified)
Experience in senior care or small facility management preferred
Strong leadership, reliability, and compassion
