The Stetson Social is an independently owned wine bar and new American restaurant located in North Peoria, on 83rd avenue and Happy Valley rd. Our current GM is leaving the restaurant industry in order to pursue a career in the field that she studied. We are looking to hire an experienced restaurant manager to train with our current GM before she leaves, and then take over the restaurant operations.
This is a salaried position, but the amount of hours are negotiable. Duties included are weekly wine and liquor inventory and ordering, scheduling servers, bartenders, and bussers, taking care of server check-outs and tipping, reconciling cash on hand, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and closed properly at the end of the night.
About us: We are a family owned restaurant group. We own 2 other restaurants, Osteria Mia and Tiki Star. We are also in the process of opening another location of our Italian concept, Osteria Mia later this year in Surprise. This is why we are looking for an experienced manager who can operate The Stetson Social while we direct our focus on opening the new restaurant.
