Job Description:
As a waiter/waitress at Orient, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. Your friendly demeanor and passion for hospitality will help create a positive environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage selections.
Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications:
