The Stetson Social hiring Kitchen Manager

The Stetson Social is an independently owned and operated American grill and wine bar located in North Peoria. We serve burgers, sandwiches, bruschetta, salads, apps, seafood and steak. We are a scratch kitchen, and everything is made in house. We are looking to hire a kitchen manager in order to assist our Executive Chef. We are looking for a full time person to work the line during the rush, help prepare recipes during down time, place nightly produce orders, and do a nightly stock count and prep list. We are looking for somebody with great leadership qualities, who has a passion for the culinary arts. We are looking for somebody who can work 40 to 45 hours. You must be available weekends and nights.
