Can you filet beautiful seafood for our fresh market case and craft stunning sashimi platters? What We Offer:

Full-Time Position: AM or PM availability to suit your schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5 years of related experience required.

Knife Skills: Must have own knives and expertise in handling them.

Basic Seafood Knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory—we’ll train you!

Passion for Excellence: Strong attention to detail and a love for culinary innovation.

Established in the summer of 2015, Chula Seafood opened its first restaurant in October 2016. With our own fishing vessel, Chula, based in Point Loma, CA, we bring the highest quality fish to the desert at the fairest possible price, consistently exceeding in culinary excellence and customer service.
