Location: EVO North Scottsdale
Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences and have the skills to lead a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team and work alongside our culinary leaders to maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Leadership: Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Order Management: Handle ordering to maintain par levels, ensuring that inventory aligns with restaurant demand and quality standards.
Expo During Dinner Rush: Oversee and expedite orders during peak service, particularly on weekends, to maintain quality and speed.
Late Night Availability: Must have flexible availability, including late nights and weekends, to support restaurant needs. Our business hours are 4pm-2am 7 days/week.
Team Support: Act as a mentor and trainer for kitchen staff, supporting a cohesive, efficient, and respectful kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
Hours: Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
Computer Competency: Basic computer skills required for managing orders, inventory, and scheduling.
Bilingual: Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
