Tiki Star is a new classic tiki bar and restaurant, located inside of the Park West Shopping Center, in Peoria. We are looking to add some bartenders and servers to our team.
We are an independently owned and operated restaurant group, and Tiki Star is oir newest concept. We offer classic tiki cocktails, modern tiki inspired cocktails, and a scratch menu consisting of a fusion of Polynesian and Asian cuisine.
We are looking to hire bartenders and servers for lunch and dinner shifts. Servers must have some bartending experience, as some lunch shifts we operate with one server during the week days. Bartenders must be able to make extensive cocktails during a busy service. We opened this Summer, and we are gaining momentum now that we are in midst of the busy season.
We also have a shift lead/key holder postion available. This position will serve or bartend at night, and close the restaurant. This position offers a higher base pay per shift, plus tips.
