Job Description:
Elephante, a vibrant new restaurant in Scottsdale, is seeking dynamic and personable servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, taking food and beverage orders, delivering food with efficiency and care, and ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take accurate orders and provide recommendations on food and drinks.
- Ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide seamless service.
Requirements:
