Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests with efficiency and attention to detail.
Provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas.
Extend warm greetings to guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Perform various other duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields for a minimum of 2 years.
Ability to establish rapport with guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Restaurant operating hours are 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm
