Position Summary
The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable service to members and guests. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the high standards of service expected in a private club or residential community dining environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous restaurant serving experience preferred (fine dining or country club setting a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Basic math and cash-handling skills; experience with POS systems preferred.
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (if applicable).
