Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead two established restaurants in Prescott. This role demands a strong culinary background (chef or kitchen management) to revitalize our menus and drive exceptional dining experiences. You'll manage all aspects of operations, including P&L, staffing, and menu development.

Responsibilities:

Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement innovative menus and recipes.

Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.

Lead and mentor kitchen staff, working the line approximately ½ the time

Restaurant Management: Oversee daily operations of both locations.

Financial Management: Manage P&L, control costs, and drive profitability.

Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage all staff.

Front-of-House Management: Ensure excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role.

Strong culinary background as a chef or kitchen manager, with demonstrated menu and recipe creation experience.

Financial management experience (P&L).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage and train staff.
