We are looking for an EXPERIENCED creative baker to lead our 2-3 person scratch artisan cafe pastry department.
It’s a challenging job – one that involves a sophisticated palette and talented hand-made baking skills as well as the vision and ability to supply our cafe with the highest quality pastries .
Our cafe has been a Mission Hills/Hillcrest cornerstone, celebrating out 30th anniversary this year! Come join us and lead us into a delicious and creative future!
A minimum 2 year pastry experience
Excellent interpersonal skills – Our workplace culture is one of inclusion, fun, camaraderie, and collaboration. In other words, leadership style matters – working respectfully and in partnership with staff members is essential. Arrogant or Bossy-bosses need not apply!
Hours: 4 AM to Noon
5 days a week; including one weekend day off.
