Join our team at 36 Below, an upscale cocktail bar that combines a sophisticated ambiance with exceptional service. We are looking for a charismatic and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
Provide accurate wait times and ensure guest satisfaction
Coordinate with bartenders and servers to manage seating arrangements
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Handle guest inquiries and answer questions about our menu, hours, and special events
Assist in general duties as needed to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 19 years or older
