Positions and Compensation range from:
Sushi Chef - $17-$20.25/hour + tips
Line Cook - $17-19.75/hour + tips
Prep Cook - $15-$18.55/hour
Dishwashers - $14.50-$18/hour
Servers, Hosts and Bartenders - $14.35/hour during training, $11.35/hour after training with the addition of tips.
