Shiftsmart is on a mission to transform hourly work in the US and we’re building a team of launchers to help us realize that mission. We are looking for Launch Team members to join us on this adventure as we expand with some of our largest customers, launching new markets across the country.
The Launch team will go into markets ahead of launch to enable our partners, the workers on our platform, to get the most out of our platform and provide our customers with world-class service. This team works in local markets to educate and onboard new workers, prepare them for their first shift, and ensure they have a first-class experience on our platform. The launcher role will focus on coaching new workers on best practices with a focus on food preparation and handling.
Launch team members should expect the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the year and see the entire country. Team members will spend 2-6 weeks in key markets during each launch phase before moving onto the next launch. Come join our team to be a part of delivering on massive growth!
Note: This role will require 80% travel but will start in Phoenix for the first 4 weeks.
Outcomes: What problems you will solve
Preparing New Partners: You will work closely with new partners on the platform to ensure they are capable of executing key tasks related to their shifts. You will ensure they are qualified and prepared to provide top-notch service to our customers and client base
Be a Subject Matter Expert for Partners: You will have specialized knowledge of the onboarding process and be the go-to person for any questions from new partners
Process improvement: Refine the onboarding process by iterating on content and delivery of the orientations and acquisition of workers to ensure they are best prepared for their shift

Role requirements: must have
Valid driver's license and have access to a car
You are able to travel most weeks, up to 80% of the time
You are able to be on your feet up to 6 hours a day
