Owner/Chef Marcellino is looking to hire a LINE COOK at his famous Old Town Scottsdale location
This is a full time position 5 days a week Tuesday thru Saturday.
Work directly with Chef and his amazing staff creating his exclusively hand crafted, scratch cooking, innovative and award winning Italian cuisine. Plate presentation, hand made pasta, grilling, sautee, pastries and desserts, and seafood are our specialties. Assist Chef and work with his staff in cooking all fresh ingredients daily of Chef's original recipes. We use only the freshest sources from the U.S. and Italy.
